We love building relationships with our clients, so please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions, but for some quick answers, here is a list of our most frequently asked questions.

  • "Will we have the same people we see in your videos?"

    • Paradigm is a true rehearsed band.  The singers and musicians you see in our videos are Paradigm Party Band.  Our core group is an 8 piece band comprised of 4 singers and 4 musicians. We also have a fabulous horn section that performs with us on many events.  This allows us to perform in configurations from 8 to 11 members.  We can also add a DJ if desired.

  • "Can you cover ceremony music?"

    • Yes.  We love doing ceremonies, and can accommodate your ceremony desires with any combination of our musicians, or if you want a type of musician that is not in our band, we can arrange that for you and ensure your audio is covered.  Paradigm has multiple top of the line audio systems to ensure your ceremony music as well as the officiant and your vows will be heard clearly by all your guests.​

  • "Can you handle cocktail hour?"

    • Absolutely. We can provide any combination of our musicians or musicians and vocalists for your cocktail hour, be it a solo pianist, piano and guitar, or a trio, or quartet.  Some of our clients just want an MP3 playlist.  No problem.  We can provide the sound system and play your playlist through our system.  ​

  • "Do you provide Emcee services?"

    • Glad you asked.  Yes we do, and our Emcee is always included in the price.  You do not get charged extra for our Emcee services.  We have done countless weddings, and are highly experienced in this area. Our Emcee services include Introductions, First Dances, Toasts, Special Announcements, and overall Show Flow Coordination from start to your grand exit.

  • "How can I feel comfortable communicating with Paradigm?"

    • We excel at the personal touch!  Check out our reviews page, and you will see that almost every review mentions our Band Manager - Event Coordinator Kimmie.  She has decades of event and wedding experience and just loves to work with clients, couples, and event planners.  She will be with you every step of the way from your first contact all the way to the end...and even when your event is over don't be surprised to hear from Kimmie again.  Because of the personal touch, we have developed lasting friendships with our clients.   • "Do you have your own audio and lighting?"​

    • Th​is is something we really pride ourselves on.  Paradigm has one of the finest audio systems around.  We have three separate systems to be able to accommodate any Wedding Ceremony, Cocktail Hour, and Reception seamlessly as well as any Corporate or Private event. Our systems use cutting edge technology.  For example, our main system uses 100% wireless microphones for all our vocalists, plus additional wireless mics for toasts, private speakers, corporate presentations.  We also have wireless in ear monitoring for all members of the band.  This means that you get a clean looking stage with a class leading clear sound. We also have some of the best audio technicians in the business running our sound live so you're assured of a perfect performance at every event.  We also provide our own LED stage lighting.  And all of this is included for up to 300 guests.  However, if you have a larger event, no worries.  We regularly perform for large crowds of 1200, 5000, and even 11,000 guests and we can accommodate any crowd requirement at an additional charge.

  • "What is your pricing?"

    • I wish we could answer that here in our FAQ, but there are so many variables.  Remember that we customize our services for your needs. That customization includes how many band members you want from 7 to 12, how far we have to travel, if we are doing multiple performances for a wedding such as ceremony, cocktail hour and reception, or just reception.  ​But don't fear, we have standardized pricing for every option you can think of, and we will be happy to send that pricing to you quickly once you let us know the specifics of your event or wedding.  Just click HERE to contact us.
