President's Club Awards After Party

For Verizon's President's Club celebration at the Ritz-Carlton Aruba, the challenge was clear: engage an audience of top performers who historically were not known for participating on the dance floor. In previous years, guests often left early and the event concluded with limited audience interaction.
Partnering with Showstoppers Interactive Entertainment, we were brought in to create a more interactive experience after previously engaging Verizon guests during a yacht event.
Performing on a beachfront stage, we continuously adapted to audience response, exploring multiple genres and engagement strategies throughout the evening. When traditional approaches produced limited results, our vocalists went into the crowd and led guests in the Cupid Shuffle, creating a turning point for the event.
From that moment forward, the beachfront dance floor was filled with guests, creating a level of participation and energy that had not been achieved at previous President's Club celebrations.
The event became a celebration, with participation and energy exceeding expectations. The planner later praised the band's persistence, adaptability, and commitment to creating a successful outcome.
By combining real-time crowd engagement with a willingness to adjust throughout the evening, Paradigm transformed a traditionally reserved audience into active participants and delivered an experience that kept guests engaged through the end of the event.
